Since 2016, the Lakes District Hospital Foundation has funded vital equipment, training and facilities that government budgets don’t cover. Together with donors, partners and local health teams, we strengthen healthcare for residents and visitors across the Queenstown Lakes district.

We’ve raised over $1.28 million to deliver critical improvements, from advanced diagnostic equipment to family-friendly spaces and staff training. Each project is chosen to improve patient outcomes, staff capability and long-term health resilience across the Lakes District.
