The Skyline Charity Golf Classic 2025 Partners with Lakes District Hospital Foundation

The 2025 Skyline Charity Golf Classic will be held on 29th and 30th November at Queenstown Golf Club in Kelvin Heights. We are delighted to announce that this year, the charity selected to be the recipient of funds raised from the tournament is the Lakes District Hospital Foundation. 

The first Skyline Golf Classic was held in 1979 and the tournament has been continuously sponsored by Skyline Queenstown ever since. It is understood to be one of the longest continuous sports sponsorships within New Zealand.

As part of the publicity around the event, Skyline has installed one of its gondolas at Queenstown Airport. The idea is to raise awareness of the event and to create an opportunity for visitors to the airport to donate directly to the Lakes District Hospital Foundation by scanning a QR Code inside the gondola.

The Lakes District Hospital Foundation is extremely grateful to Skyline Queenstown, Queenstown Golf Club and the many other sponsors associated with this event for their generosity in supporting the work of the Foundation.
